
Many of you may have seen today’s Evening Post, which features Geraldine Hill from Port Talbot discussing her struggle on Universal Credit. Geraldine is just one of thousands who is struggling with debt and rent arrears since being moved on to UC from her previous means-tested benefits.
Universal Credit will be rolled out in Swansea on 13th December, just 12 days before Christmas, bringing with it a six week minimum wait without any money for thousands of people in Swansea.
